Meet the Roses.

Founding member Brittany DeVitto owns and operates a general contracting firm in New Hampshire. Brittany and her husband John, own a real estate investing and development company as well and Brittany is on the New Hampshire Home Builder Association board of directors. As a business owner and Mom of three (plus her lab, Kash and 5 chickens), she strives on efficiency while balancing a strong sense of family and a passion for having fun, especially outdoors in all season of New Hampshire!

Her why: “I am a founding member of the Rising Rose foundation because I believe in the good of the world and the power of being kind. I was raised to always bring happiness and help to others and to constantly bring value to your community. With this life mission, I asked four wonderful, strong, and determined women to start this community outreach foundation with me so we can positively build up the community around us, motivate others to give back and strive to support members of the community at times of need.

Founding member Stefanie WB brings a unique and diverse set of skills to the Rising Rose Foundation.

As an innovator in the music business and the real estate industry, Stefanie has built a reputation for creative thinking and success. Her bold, innovative marketing and branding strategies transcend industries, delivering impactful results no matter the field. She looks forward to bringing her skill set to the Rising Rose to give back and make a massive impact.

Her why:

“I joined the Rising Rose foundation because I always knew that I wanted to be a part of a charity, but I really wanted to SEE the impact that my resources had on my local community. I truly see that we have created something special and I am excited to see where this goes and how many members of our community we can help!”

Founding member and proud dog mom, Alison DiGloria radiates positivity and a passion for helping others. With over 15 years of experience in behavior and special education, she has dedicated her career to understanding and supporting people’s unique needs. Now, Alison channels that same energy into her work as an in-home window and door design consultant for Renewal by Andersen and as a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Alongside her professional roles, Alison runs a skincare business, sharing her love for wellness and helping others look and feel their best.

Her Why: “I joined the Rising Rose Foundation to connect with like-minded women who share my drive to make a difference. Through collaboration and empowerment, I believe in the power of working together to create meaningful change: When like-minded individuals come together with a shared vision, we build a foundation for greater possibilities. For me, this foundation represents the perfect blend of my dedication to helping others and my passion for fostering supportive, uplifting communities.”

Founding member Crystal McKenna, a mom of 4 fantastic children, has been a home designer specializing primarily in remodeling for almost her entire career. When time isn’t dedicated to the kids, work or home, the next best thing is exploring the world. Everything from the local town forests to countries around the world. 

Her why: “When Rising Rose Foundation discussions started with a group of other strong, kind-hearted women, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be a part of it, specifically to help so many others. As a single mom myself, I have turned to my village for help in the past due to the curve balls life has thrown my way. I have learned a lot, as we all do, and I feel one of the best ways to recover and get the most out of life is through helping others. The art of giving is magical, whether it’s a presents or presence, it’s always worth it.”

Founding member Nikola Viens is a local family lifestyle photographer and mom of three. She spent 10 years teaching in Lowell and Durham public schools before leaving and starting her own photography business.

Her why:

“I joined the Rising Rose foundation for the female to female networking and community it would provide me. I think there is something very powerful and beautiful that happens when women come together to lift each other and those around them up and I wanted to be apart of it.”

Michele Cormier resides in Atkinson New Hampshire with her husband and is co-founded of Cornerstone Property Solutions. Michele serves the board of directors for the Miss Rockingham Scholarship Program and enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and the warm sunny weathter.

Her Why: I joined the RR because I have a passion for giving and serving the community. I enjoy supporting the people around me and making people smile!

Member Alison Milioto was born and raised in New Hampshire. She grew up in the small community of Dunbarton and knows firsthand the impact a true community can have. She is now the cofounder of BlueLion, an Outsourced HR Consulting Company.

Her Why:

“I joined Rising Rose Foundation to have a place where like minded women could come together to create community and support for those in our own back yard. Anything that can be done, can be done quicker, bigger and better when we do it together.”

Maria DeGree is a rising Rose Member with 17+ years of experience in healthcare technology as a senior marketing leader. She has driven significant revenue growth through brand and demand strategies, product development, public relations, and her passion for impactful events. Residing in Nashua, NH, with her husband, Maria is a proud angel mommy to Briella. Her journey of rebuilding herself has been shaped by the power of community and the support of loving, inspirational friends and family.

Maria is deeply committed to giving back, focusing her free time on teens, adults, and families in need. She combines her creativity and expertise with her love for Disney magic to bring joy and lasting impressions to others. 

Her Why:
“When I was invited to join a powerful movement surrounded by beautiful and strong women, I couldn’t say yes fast enough. Standing by this mission and delivering impact to those who need us most is my greatest honor. I’m thrilled to use my marketing and event expertise to create unforgettable moments for communities, families, and members—filled with magic and love. In a world where we can be anything, I believe we should always choose to be kind.”

Rising Rose member Kristen Silva is a nurse and local small business owner. Native to New Hampshire, she enjoyed traveling the world before settling down in Atkinson, where she now lives with her husband and 3 year old son. 

Her why:
“Being a member of the Rising Rose is important to me because I’ve been through challenging times when I’ve relied on the generosity of my community. I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with neighbors, learn of their struggles and find ways to bring them support.” ​

Member, CJ Pellerin, is a local yoga teacher Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healing practitioner and a loving dog mama and dog foster. Her business, Willow Wellness, focuses on yoga retreats, wellness events, and energy healing modalities.

Her why: “I joined the Rising Rose foundation because I’ve always had a deep passion for supporting and nurturing others. I believe that we can all make a collective impact in this beautiful journey of life and that kindness and empathy can be catalysts for our community. We all have the power to make a difference, from offering a smile to a stranger, lending a helping hand or ear to a loved one, or volunteering/donating to a passionate cause; the possibilities to foster meaningful impact are endless!”

Rising Rose member Kaitlin is a special education teacher in Lee, New Hampshire where she enjoys creating opportunities for her students both in and out of the classroom. She enjoys spending time at home cooking with her fiancé and playing ball with their black lab, Lucy.

Her Why:

“Growing up, I competed in the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program where I created a platform that focussed on finding time to give back to those in need. After competing, I was able to continue this platform as a teacher through after school clubs. In 2023 I moved in with my now fiancé and had been searching for volunteer opportunities ever since. When Brittany reached out to me about Rising Rose, I knew this was the place for me to continue to give back and do so with a strong group of women.”

A busy working mom who’s all about giving back, Amy finds joy in spontaneous day trips, the smell of campfires, and laughing for hours with her favorite people. Her husband and sons are her biggest cheerleaders and daily inspiration. She has hit the ground running already launching a clothing consignment event benefitting the Rising Rose Foundation on June 21st in Sandown NH!

Her Why:

When I was 19, I survived a brain aneurysm rupture that should have taken my life. In that moment, I felt the world rally behind me—friends, strangers, my whole community lifting my family up. Rising Rose is my way of paying that love forward.

Meet Elizabeth Martell, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC — a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, owner of Lux Health, professor at Rivier University, and proud mom of three. She’s passionate about wellness, education, and community, and we’re thrilled to welcome her as a new member of the Rising Rose Foundation!

“I joined the Rising Rose Foundation because I believe in the power of community, resilience, and lifting others up. As a healthcare provider, educator, and business owner, I’ve seen how support, mentorship, and access to resources can transform lives. Being part of this incredible organization allows me to contribute beyond the clinical setting—helping empower women, foster growth, and create meaningful change.”
